We stayed here in May booked through our travel guide. The hotel or “apartment” was terrible. The room we got had the windows closed but 15 mosquitos in the room. We thought someone (housekeeping maybe) had left the windows opened when they cleaned. We killed the mosquitos, made sure the windows were closed, and went sight seeing for the day. We come back and there are 10 more mosquitos in the room along with red spider mites all over the bed. It’s about 10pm now. We had to call the after hours line and try to use Google Translate to explain the issue. Eventually maintenance came and said he could put up bug traps…. No sorry, I’m not sleeping in a bed with spiders. Finally hotel management came and told us it was our fault for leaving the windows opened. We explained they were closed all day and we just got back. We made sure they were closed because we saw the mosquitos when we arrived that afternoon, killed them all, made sure the windows were closed tight, and we left. Management said it was impossible. We said we agreed, so clearly there is something wrong with the windows or ventilation or something. They finally moved us to a new room around midnight. The new room was good and there were no issues. But that first night ruined the experience at the hotel.

Mediocre studio located on the mezzanine: no view, a window covered with plastic film to block the view. Impossible to open the window, no view of the sky, not even its color! Broken blinds; Depressing setting. And when I share my impression at the reception, no one understands me (but everyone gets where I am coming from)! 5 hellish nights with the infernal noise of traffic from the avenue right next door and the party across the street. Definitely not to be recommended.
