I only stayed one night at this property, in my case it was to surprise a family member who lives nearby, but I really found a perfect place. For value for money , for location, for practicality, for organization, for kindness. All really remarkable. If I go back to Florence I have a reference point. Outside Florence but how to stay in the center! Perfect.

Modern hotel spacious rooms very close to the tram (only downside you don't have to be fat to get back to the shower door level) underground parking very good for very friendly personal cars lacks breakfast although one can have access to the kitchen in the room

Guest at this magnificent property Sunday 15th - check out the next day. If... I return to Florence I hope to be able to stay at this property (for the fifth time). Recommendation for the location (a few dozen meters from the tram stop T2 ) , cleanliness, rooms, brightness and last but not least the helpfulness, professionalism and kindness of the staff everything from the ladies cleaning the rooms, to the receptionists (great Mrs. Lucrezia).
