The four stars definitely drop to at least three. The rooms are too austere, and the breakfast service is horrible. There are three different dining rooms to distinguish between clients; we, who went to the group dining room, were treated poorly, inflexible even with the breakfast schedule.

I booked and paid in advance for the room at $165.00 without breakfast, they said it was a promotion.... Upon arriving at the establishment in the late afternoon, I was assigned room 304.... as soon as I entered, I noticed that the 4 stars were only on paper.... (I have stayed in 2-star hotels that were much better) The visibly stained carpet. The clean beds were okay.... I went to the bathroom and found components from the 90s, a hairdryer I hadn't seen in years, and no accessories... but there was a shower cap!!! Well, I say to myself... there are so many people, I will make do!! I go to take a shower and the body wash dispenser is empty.... so I take the hand soap.... well, I say to myself... Bathroom aerator not working, noisy air conditioning.... Everything was reported to the reception.... we acknowledge the response....

Hello, I would like to comment on the excellent review by my spouse Annie C. To be honest, our two days at the hotel were very ordinary. What disappoints me most is the despicable comment of the hotel. So, in conclusion, I will never return to this hotel.
