2xfloor apartment we stayed in was large, airconditioned and in good clean condition. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking was easy and secure. Staff were helpful at all times.
For the cost, we expected better coffee (not machine) and breakfast to be plentiful. It was not replenished enough for the amount of guests, plates often empty of food.
The swimming pool is too small to be usable during our stay, no chairs available any time in our 3 days.
The entrance of the property lets it down. I understand this is the public street, but other properties in Florence wash and bleach the urine and dog feces off their own entrance daily, however this hotel does not. Cockraoches crawling over dog turds is not a good experience as you walk into the hotel
