What an amazing location with the most beautiful views from our two windows. The place is situated in the city centre from our bedroom windows we had views of the beautiful Santa Maria Del Fiore. The bedrooms are large and spacious and full of character. There is a tiny lift or lots of stairs. If you like boring run of the mill hotels this isn’t for you. The reception person was very helpful and gave us lots of tips.

I was surprised. This is a very old building so don’t expect a 5 star stay. Instead, enjoy your surroundings & appreciate the history. Perfect location right in the centre of Florence & close to the train station.Look out the window to the Duomo & Cathedral. Although it’s noisy in the street below there are double windows and these sufficiently block out the noise. Beds were comfortable and the room overall very clean & serviced daily.

catastrophic very noisy horrible to sleep the hand room was old and tiny Rotten bedding, rococo furniture. The manager is dishonest at will We had booked via booking The morning of the check out we left early and the manager is there only around 10am. He thought we left without paying, he e-mailed me, I replied in less than two hours that we didn't know we had to pay him on the spot and I asked him to charge to booking who had my card So he did it by saying we didn't stay at the hotel I even received a satisfaction form and as I gave him a Rating of 1/10 he replied saying that he was delighted that we did not like it because the hotel would not tolerate people who did not pay! FYI it was paid by Booking! FUYEZZZZZ
