We had the opportunity to stay in the apartment/ loft in Oct '24. The space was large, clean and well appointed. Perfect for a family, couples or friends wanting to be in a neighborhood setting. The only drawback is that it doesn't have a lift therefore it is not set up for handicapped travelers. Our host Alessandra went above and beyond helping us secure a ride to the airport very early in the morning if our departure!!!

This was the PERFECT spot for us. It's just on the other side of the river and was such a lovely respite. High ceilings, spotlessly clean, beautiful linens and pillows, comfy bed. There is a small kitchen that offers coffee and a simple but perfectly acceptable Continental Breakfast. Quiet, lovely and we SO appreciated the WIFI and the quiet after navigating crowds and tourist attractions all day. The hostess was communicative and extremely helpful. Be aware there is no lift, but 2 flights of stairs. We only bring carry on luggage so it was completely doable and we felt VERY safe coming and going. It's also near a laundromat and lots of delicious spots to eat.

Quaint little guest house centrally located from downtown Florence. Not even a 5 minute walk from the city square. Very kind, helpful and considerate hostess. Nice size, clean and comfortable room with private bathroom. Only Italian language TV stations. Quiet neighbourhood. Restaurants, supermarkets and a really great Gelato shop close by. Ponte Vecchio only 5-10 minutes away.
