this is a terrible so called hotel. it is not a hotel. there is no one to help. you have to call them and they will arrive late and the guy is very rude when he talk to you. he scam people and lie to them. rooms are terrible, bathroom has nothing in it. and it smells bad all the time.... shower head is bad...there is nothing good about this place. the rudeness and scamming of people are the best two features you can find here.... stay away --- there are many better ones around. i made a terrible mistake of paying nonrefundable and i learned from this mistake

Small and clean room, old fixtures from which you can hear a lot of the noise of the avenues. I couldn't find any extra blankets in the room in case I was cold. The kettle had a broken lid. Shared bathroom with very dirty shower, parts with obvious mold, to eliminate it would be enough a little more foresight. Breakfast not included, but if it is called b & b I think that in addition to the bed could include it, it would not be such an incisive expense. Host very hasty, seemed to be looking forward to leaving. Probably being in Florence, a city invaded by tourists, allows a medium-low service and maintain medium-high prices.
