Great location close to amenities such as tram and station, well cared for and welcoming , very courteous staff especially Mrs. Maria will definitely return to visit the city at its best

DONT STAY HERE. They stole my money, they cancel my booking in the moment i arrive there and nobody was présent. I keep calling them and they hang up on me. DONT STAY HERE. Feel free to contact me if you want. Just dont stay here it RUINED MY HOLIDAY

Excellent structure Mrs. Maria and 'a very helpful person on everything very kind informed about any information makes you feel immediately at home Excellent cleaning Excellent air conditioning Breakfast included also fruit welcome wine with water and crackers Quiet quiet place quiet Also great for being with family and children Hot water in clean and fragrant bathroom Clean towels changed every day Comfortable beds TV available in the room with fridge We will definitely return for the next dance at the fair but also to visit Florence right outside the structure there is the tram stop and is 10 minutes walk from the station Very good Everything super happy!!!
