After waiting outside for half an hour we were greeted by a grumpy woman who marched us around to number 25. We were taken into a back room where 2 older people were sat eating their meal and their son. As the lady left she swore in Italian. We were then taken back to number 27 and into a disgusting room with a noisy toilet with water constantly running. The pillow case had a stain on it and it was just awful. We had to book into the hostle around the corner. We were only offered half of the money we paid back. Dont waste your money or time. I wasnt happy after traveling 4 hours to have to wait half an hour on the street. Ignorant and rude people.

We went in June 2024 and the price ratio is good, the great advantage of this accommodation is the close to multiple attractions especially to the Academy Gallery and the train station!! Recommended option just to rest and friendly hosts!!
