The hotel is very well located, very close to the train station and all the main points of Firenze, you can do everything walking. There are supermarkets nearby and all kinds of restaurants. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. There was ice cream, electric turkey, tea, sugar and a pretty comfortable table. It has stairs. I recommend it!

Bedbug Infestation! Fortunately another hotel was offered to us after the 3rd night (discovery of the first bug on the 2nd night), infestation confirmed the 3rd (4 bugs found including 3 soaks of blood on the bed sheets and on the wall nearby) We are afraid to bring some home!!!! They didn’t make a fuss, I think they suspected it, the photos of our room on the site show the four poster bed with curtain... the most nothing. Inspection of the mattress: new and no traces of bug droppings. Disinsecting with a professional is imperative given the condition of the hotel (outdated) and the materials (wood). Stay ruined Thank you for finding another hotel for the remaining 2 nights but extra cost for breakfast: 60 euros (2 times 30 euros)

Small but clean hotel, impeccable staff, excellent location, you can walk all over Florence. Quiet place despite being located in a large square. Breakfast quite simple, even if it is complete with everything. Large and spacious room.
