Elegant, clean, and functional hotel. A special compliment goes to Roberta, who manages the restaurant: a knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and truly exceptional person. Her courtesy and competence contributed to making the stay very pleasant. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the owner's son, Emanuele, who works at the reception. From the moment of our departure, his attitude was cold and discourteous: he didn't even respond to our greeting, a gesture I found rude and not in line with the role he holds. We had taken care to pay the full amount for our stay on the second day after our arrival. However, once we had left the hotel and were already in the car, about five minutes from the property, we were contacted by phone because, according to them, we hadn't paid the bill. After checking, it emerged that the payment had been made regularly, but in the meantime, we had already suffered an unfounded accusation and significant inconvenience. From a four-star hotel, one expects not only a quality facility but also a welcoming atmosphere, courtesy, attention to guests, and accurate management of administrative procedures. It is a real shame that the attitude of the reception staff overshadowed a stay that, otherwise, would have been truly very positive.

Everything wonderful, beautiful and clean rooms, wonderful staff!!! The only flaw is the breakfast, not up to the standard of such a hotel. I have been there several times over the years and in the past the breakfast was excellent; this year I would say it was sufficient. However, I will definitely return!!!

The following review refers to the 70sqm apartment that you can also find on booking. Apartment absolutely not sea view, but street view ground floor. Not even half an hour after our arrival, the refrigerator started leaking water onto the floor. A new refrigerator is brought to us, also not working, and finally a new refrigerator is purchased. In the meantime, we notice that the drawers are very dusty and the sofa bed is full of sand and covered with a sort of fleece blanket with cigarette burns attached. Considering the situation, I check the air conditioning filters, which turn out to be extremely dirty. The furniture is old and poorly maintained, and kitchenware and accessories are missing (I had to ask for a moka pot, corkscrew, and small milk pot). I even had to ask for toilet paper because we only had 2 rolls for a week. In the kitchen, there are hot plates and not gas burners. The master bedroom is practically next to a municipal sewage lift station that emits an extremely annoying noise day and night, so much so that I had to buy earplugs to sleep. On the positive side, we can only say that the house is cool, the terrace is spacious and functional, and Elvis deserves all my respect because he helped us with everything. To \"remedy\" all the problems listed above, parking under the hotel was granted to us for free.
