Pian dei Mucini

We absolutely loved every aspect of this beautiful property - the well kept grounds, fantastic pools, spacious and clean apartments, comfortable beds, powerful showers and lovely shaded areas. But the real gem of this place is the staff. They made our stay truly special with their warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality. They were always so helpful, attentive and friendly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We will always look back on our time here with such lovely memories, and we would absolutely love to return one day. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful! Kinga and Sam 🤍

I will write as objective a review as possible, the place is a wonderful thing, and also the staff including Sergio, Salvo, Luca the very nice lifeguard, and the other guys, maximum availability.. the only thing is that traveling alone I found myself perhaps staying far from the central structure and both on foot and by car to return I had to go through stretches in the dark, which is not pleasant, or I ate separately even though I was on half board, because there was very little choice regarding the food and for everyone's tastes and needs, however I thank Sergio and the staff for the attention received also from this point of view, they did everything possible despite the end-of-season fatigue. Also at the reception a girl I remember with affection for her enormous kindness and availability. Certainly a place to return to and try at other times of the year.

A true treasure in the Tuscan hills! We stayed in this enchanting place and were fascinated by it. The property offers a breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills and Massa Marittima, with a panoramic pool from which to enjoy a truly spectacular view. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and above all, very clean. A very special compliment goes to the staff and to Erika, who welcomed us at check-in with a big smile and incredible helpfulness, seeing us off with the same warmth when we left, as did all the other staff members. It is not common to maintain this energy, cheerfulness, and such a sunny attitude after the entire work season. Heartfelt compliments, truly well done
