I had booked x Friday, July 18, 2025. I arrived and followed my daughter with a dwarf poodle, but in a bad way and with arrogance, the owner I assume, tells me "here the dog can not enter, if you want to leave it in the car", also making the gesture with the hand to leave. I pointed out to him that he is a 4.5 kg dog and he sits quietly under the table and is also always on a leash. He muttered to me that someone might be allergic, I told him that he was an ignorant, because the poodle does not lose hair and therefore can not give allergies. But he increased the tone of the arrogance, I let it go and obviously very angry I left To make you understand the level, the arrogant gentleman and manners crude, while we waited I heard say "this is the command of the str..za" evidently referring to a customer already at the table... poor us. If he had said "I'm sorry but the dog can't come in here, I'm sorry" I would have accepted without problems but with the arrogant tone used and the gesture of the hand, I can only report it. Let's say that having a place open to the public doesn't seem to be his job.

Very bad place, we booked to spend days with friends for New Year, we were given a ridiculous complex. We spent 3 days without heating to our request to solve the problem they simply gave us 2 stoves saying that the heating did not work and I want to point out that the rooms were 5 plus a common room, consequently 3 days spent in the cold. Rooms with walls covered with mold, useless also to explain the smell it caused in the rooms, almost impossible to sleep because of the strong smell of mold.
