Ideal location in the city center.. quick and smiling welcome… but bedding too firm .. difficult to sleep under these conditions, a shame.. breakfast also needs to be reviewed in terms of quality and selection

Hotel located in the city center, less than a 10-minute walk from the Misericordia parking lot on Via della Vignaccia. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed: quiet and peaceful sleep (the windows insulate well). It's a pity about the bathroom, which has the traditional two knobs instead of practical mixers. Some furniture elements (in the room and bathroom) need to be renewed or require maintenance. Breakfast is served in a cozy room and in the adjacent courtyard: it is not very rich for a 4-star hotel, but the offered products are good (especially the cakes). The cappuccino and coffee made on the spot are excellent. It was, however, a good choice.

Clean rooms and super comfortable bed. Great central hotel to move around the city without touching the car. Breakfast varied and very good (granny cake is amazing!).b The owner is all the staff are very kind and courteous. Highly recommended
