Villa Al Piano

I do not know who answered the phone, but they need to take a manners course to deal with the public.

A magnificent stay 2 steps from Florence, Villa al Piano is the ideal location to visit the beautiful city of art and at the same time quickly regenerate from the chaos of the busy city. A splendid period villa immersed in a spectacular park with attention to the smallest details and made even more special by Erika's welcome with Francesco and Brunella, attentive and thoughtful. Erika magically manages to anticipate every request and her directions and clever tips accompanied us during our short stay and allowed us to optimize the time available by focusing on the points of interest and the most typical experiences. What can I say, we left reluctantly, with the desire to return to this fairytale villa as soon as possible!

I advise all, not to stay at this establishment. The owner is very aggressive and abusive and irrational. Our stay was very upsetting and other reviews confirm her behaviour. i have never experienced this before and feel it is important to warn other people in advance.
