Hotel Gennarino

Magnificent hotel in an unforgettable castle 😀👍 Very nice welcome and the owner is really very friendly. We will return with great pleasure.☀️

Beautiful Art Nouveau building. In March a convenient and safe parking behind the hotel. Room (we had the 08 and 11) very clean, well finished and impeccable bathrooms. Breakfast unexpectedly full, with pastry bakery. So if I go back to Livorno I go back to Gennarino

Hotel Gennarino looks very good from the outside: the structure is beautiful and well-kept and gives a good first impression. Unfortunately, however, the rooms are not up to the external aspect: they are rather simple and not particularly well cared for. Breakfast is also average, nothing special and with a fairly limited choice. Another thing that immediately catches the eye is the presence of too many plastic flowers everywhere, which give a somewhat artificial effect to the environment instead of making it more welcoming. As for the staff, unfortunately the friendliness was not the best: at times they seemed almost annoyed. Overall, the experience has been decent, but there are several things to improve.
