Worst hotel I have ever seen. For starters, the property is not a four-star; even two stars are too many. The rooms are old and the spaces are ridiculous. The mattress was sagging. Room cleaning nonexistent. Elevator not working. Air conditioning stuck. Exhaust fan in the windowless bathroom not working. Private bathroom without amenities, only a beach umbrella and a sunbed. Do not go there, I strongly advise against this property.

Together with two other couples of friends, we booked 3 superior rooms (with balcony) for a 10-day stay. Upon entering our room, we realized that the space to store clothes and linens was nonexistent, unlike the other two rooms which had newer and more adequate furnishings. Following our complaints, thanks to the intervention of Ms. Francesca (the facility's housekeeper), we were provided with two old and chipped dressers, and the second drawer was installed inside the wardrobe (which was missing). Furthermore, they replaced the safe for us because the one present was neither fixed inside the wardrobe nor functional. Regarding the beach, it should be noted that there are neither restrooms nor showers (you have to go to those at the establishment next door, and the shower is for a fee). Umbrellas were available from the fourth row onwards, even though those in the first three rows (for a fee) were practically almost always free. The catering and the staff in the dining room were truly a more than positive note. The quality and variety of the dishes are certainly at a level clearly superior to other resorts we have frequented. Very well done. If it hadn't been for the interest of the maitre d' Massimiliano and Ms. Francesca, whom we thank for their availability and professionalism, it probably would have been the vacation with the worst facility of the last 10 years. You cannot charge rates equivalent to those of a 4-star hotel when the facility and services are worth at most a two-star rating. Negative word-of-mouth is fortunately a tool that still allows us to prevent other guests from booking something that is actually totally different from what is advertised.

Arrival yesterday 07/26/2026. Dilapidated structure, of the four declared stars two are too many. Arrived yesterday and they give us the room at 4:30 PM thrown onto makeshift and unpresentable sofas, Wi-Fi not in the whole structure as if we were in Africa, hotel staff rude and superficial. Absolute praise for the restaurant area and its staff so far. What is forgotten is that we make sacrifices to be able to take a week of vacation and it is not fair to find ourselves in these situations. I will be here until Sunday, let's see if you have the nerve to confront me. SHAME
