I have never before written a review WHILE still in the midst of visiting, but my experience at the Byron has been so exceptional that I wanted to write it contemporaneously. It is not that it was perfect: a blackout, no a/c, a generator that worked for the kitchen but not the rooms. But it is how the hotel staff, and the GM Nola in particular, stayed calm, answered questions, kept informed, that speaks to how they care about their guests. My wife took ill from the heat, they found a local doctor. All this speaks volumes about how they care. I will add the staff at breakfast, Eliza and Siham(I might be misspelling) are so warm and welcoming and helpful, you really feel a genuine caring.

You only need to walk in to understand how well-kept this hotel is. Everything is tidy, elegant, and well-maintained. We had dinner at Onda and we liked it very much. Compliments!

Splendid stay, very welcoming, kind, and professional staff. Beautiful rooms, also with a sea view, excellent breakfast! Definitely to be repeated!
