Hotel Stipino

Unfortunately, a terrible experience. The price is absolutely not appropriate for the establishment. Dust on the windows and screens, clogged sink, room from another era. Room keys in a basket at the mercy of anyone.... One night without breakfast for 200 euros is something I've never seen under these conditions. If there are events in the city, it is not necessary to take advantage of them.

Terrible shameful Amazing you can define hotel when you book rooms like this Bad smells, mold on mosquito nets, dirty floor And the rooms in advertised photos where are they? Shame on you

The location is perfect for travellers with a car, the hotel has a huge parking lot. The walking distance to the old center gate is 10 minutes. The rooms are not recently renovated but they were clean, air conditioning working perfectly. We handled the communication and check in with Alia, she is fluent in English also if you don’t speak Italian. She very friendly and responsive to requests. Hotel Stipino is a very good choice for a city trip to Lucca!
