Overall quite anonymous. The room we were allocated was well maintained and clean. Unfortunately it was facing the street and not soundproof at all (when I entered I thought there was an open window). traffic is constant, unfortunately even at night!!

Stayed at this hotel from October 29 to November 1, for Lucca Comics. Great location to get within minutes of the walls (Porta Sant'Anna). Convenient possibility for customers to park in the space next to the hotel. Clean and spacious room,.with balcony overlooking the main street, but without noise bothering the rest. Breakfast mostly sweet. Staff at reception and in the breakfast room very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again. Paul and Deborah, room 401.
