Park Hotel Regina

The staff were absolutely lovely, and their personal touch truly went straight to our hearts. We had room service every day, and our room had a balcony where we sat and enjoyed the view in the evenings while having a light dinner. The village itself is so charming and beautiful. Roberto personally picked us up from the train station upon arrival, and drove us back down on our departure day, such a wonderful personal touch. We stayed in Bagni di Lucca for 5 days in total, and we honestly wish we had stayed longer. We would also love to give a special mention to the lovely lady who manages breakfast and the reception, and who takes such good care of guests, along with the wonderfully kind housekeeping staff. Breakfast out in the garden was the cherry on top, truly beautiful. We also went on a canyoning/river adventure one day, just a 10minute drive from the hotel. We've also added some photos from the area to share the beautiful surroundings. We will, without a doubt, come back.

Very nice hotel located in a very interesting area. Car parking next to the hotel. Quality restaurants and pizzerias near the hotel (you can walk there) useful especially if you spent a day out. Clean room and large and comfortable bed. Spacious and clean bathroom. Snacks and herbal teas are available. The view of the room on the mountain really top!!! The staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast varied and very good. The lady in the breakfast room made us an orange juice every morning. Very kind! Definitely to return. Advice.
