Residenza San Michele

Very good restaurant, we all enjoyed our meals, without a single exception. My primi piatti was truffle pasta (succulent) My secondi piatti was the filetto di manzo (delicious) Tiramisu for dessert (very good) Just a magnificent setting and honest prices Just a small hitch, as tourists we were given menus in English without being asked if we wanted them in Italian or English I recommend the restaurant. (PS: clean restrooms)

Villa San Michele is a period villa a few kilometers from Lucca, in an elegant setting that already makes the evening special. The staff is competent, attentive, and genuinely kind. A thank you to Edoardo and Pina for their discreet and valuable assistance during dinner. The quality of the raw materials is excellent, with well-prepared dishes and a well-balanced touch of innovation. The wine list is good, although the selection from Campania could be expanded: Falanghina, Pallagrello, Casavecchia, Camaiola, Taurasi... A finale to remember with the Tuscan tiramisu with cantucci and hot chocolate, truly delicious. We arrived with no expectations and left pleasantly surprised. A lovely dinner in an equally lovely place.

Very cozy accommodation with fantastic outdoor environments. We loved the pool by the olive grove. We stayed in a standard room. And it was just like that. Standard, nothing wow and not bad. Just perfect. We weren't there much so it was enough. Staff nice. Location a bit on the outskirts. But I took the bus to Lucca and it worked great. What pulls down the score from 5 t 4 is the food! Breakfast was mediocre? Same every day and not much to choose from. In the restaurant the food was expensive anyway for what you got. Not exactly a big shot. Recommend you all to go up to the restaurant Trattoria baffardello located right on the main road. Great food and service, very friendly staff.
