Sogni D'oro

I was traveling with 3 guys and 2 other women. If I was alone I would not have felt comfortable. We used google maps to find the place and still got lost. There is no sign on the gate or anywhere. Wear to call and gave someone meet us in the street. The man in the office did stay late to check us in Bc we had train issues. The wifi did not work in our rooms and our "end suite" was not what I expected. It was fine for two nights but anything more then that I would have been very unhappy. It was close to the wall and there is popping bar very close to the hostel. It was a decent place for the money.

Lovely people. Excellent price. Room was OK. A noise from some water pump every once in a while altered the peace. Except for that and a slight funny smell that was quickly ignored, everything was great. It is located at only 3 blocks from Porta Elisa, where you can access the citadel, which is an absolute jewel. I definitely recommend it!

“Conveniently located just outside the city wall, so easy access to the center of town. The room (twin) was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean but the kitchen very basic with items for cooking missing and things not very clean. The staff was very friendly and when we wanted to open a bottle of wine to toast my birthday and found the corkscrew missing, he went to his house to get one! Was very much appreciated.” A supermarket is just around the corner.
