Fattoria Pianetti

The only real positive point of this farmhouse is the location, which is truly very beautiful. For purely informational purposes, the room assigned to me was located in an annex about 700 meters from the main building, a circumstance I was already aware of at the time of booking. Unfortunately, the stay was compromised by the serious lack of cleanliness and maintenance in the room. The air conditioners were very dirty, with dust and numerous spiderwebs clearly visible inside them. After my report, the owner intervened personally and, during the cleaning attempt, cigarette butts, coins, and stagnant, foul-smelling condensation water were also found in the air conditioners. Behind the nightstands there was dirt, spiderwebs, trash, and several cigarette butts. The bathroom was also only partially clean: no soaps or personal hygiene products were provided, the towels were worn and stained, the shower door was broken, and the toilet seat was cracked. The attached photographs document the conditions encountered. While acknowledging that the owner intervened after being notified, a room should be clean, checked, and fully functional before the guests' arrival. Considering the condition of the room, the 50 euros paid are not justified by the quality of the service received.

The location is beautiful but not cared for in the details, the modern rooms are cheap with tasteless decor, the towels are worn and torn, the breakfast is poorly managed, the room has old broken and battered chairs, the student girls have little experience and are clumsy. The restaurant is not bad, the guy who served us was very kind and nice. There is better around. Better.

We stayed at Fattoria Pianetti in July and we had a really good time! Spacious room, fabulous breakfast, the fresh cakes every morning were delicious… and then the pool, it felt like being in an earthly paradise! You must also try the restaurant; you eat really well! We will definitely return.
