VERY, VERY HELPFUL STAFF! VERY, VERY CLEAN! GREAT SUMPTUOUS BREAKFAST INCLUDED. Comfy private lounge/bar. Ideal restaurant in lobby. GRAND MAJESTIC LOBBY, staircase and pool. A magical world await opening the windows to the sights below at Christmas. Truly fairy tale decorated hotel at Christmas! FRANCO at front desk is THE BEST and the owner is very kind and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

A.C. is a joke. No internet connection . Having no internet service in a hotel is something that is absolutely unacceptable in the year 2026. With this heath it is important to provide a good a.c after your client return for a rest after a day travelling in all this heath.So not providing a good a.c .is like your hotel is torturing its clients . After my experience at this hotel i will not recommend either your hotel and this particular tour provided by Britania Tours

We have spent a week at grand hotel plaza in montecatini. I found this hotel relaxing and is situated in relaxing position. The square in front of the hotel is pedestrian and can offer a tranquil relaxation time. The hotel offers plated dinner with a selection of dishes carefully chosen by the chefs. Our room was well kept and reception staff always ready to greet you with a smile. Dining staff did their jobs without any hurry and never make you feel like just eat and get out. Overall the hotel offers good hospitality whether you are there for a week or just a few days. If you are looking for a relaxing stay this might be the hotel you are looking for.
