Hotel Splendid

This is awful. I spent my time screaming on the personal to have some hot water (for showing myself), the bathroom is worst than disgusting. It's a shame ! The personal do not understand anything at english language but also french and spanish (take some courses of hospitality guys you need so ! And I appreciated the maid who was drunk ;)

It is a small family run hotel. Small bedrooms and bathrooms, old furniture but comfortable beds. Take your own towels. Breakfast really bad. Every day the same choice of food (the worst thing about hotel)

Hotel Splendid was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life. Putting aside very poor "comfort" in the room (no refrigerator, the TV was on the top of the closet, right under the ceiling and the remote control thing didn't work, and of course, there was no safe deposit!), we were requested to pay an additional 5 euro to turn on ther air-conditioner. The girl at the reception (Claudia Piattelli) was rude and arrogant. I alone was staying in a small room with 4 (FOUR!) beds, although it was booked for a single person. I asked, whether it's possible to change the room, I was ready to pay any additional amount just to get more or less bearable comfort and some free space. The answer was short: NO! I've asked them to at least remove huge bunk bed from my room, the answer again was short: NO! The breakfast was miserable: the tables were served for 5 people, so there were 5 pieces of cheese, 5 slices of sausage, 5 pieces of bread, 5 pieces of butter and 5 jams. As a bonus: you could have coffee or tea. Finish! Don't dream about getting any additional piece of food at the breakfast! Guys, my advice: NEVER stay at this ugly and miserable hotel!
