Cozy hotel in a quiet area near the park, near the center. The rooms are clean and good, breakfast is very bad, the staff attentive (they gave a lot of useful information). All in all: a good base, skip breakfast and you will be happy:) ... on the first step outside the hotel - beautiful park. Montecatini is a good position for your exploring the lovely Tuscany!

Spend there 3 nights and all went well. Staff are really friendly, location is good and rooms are basic on this price range. Big lounge down stairs where you get good coffee and cold beer. As noted here breakfast is really basic and is missing some key items. But town center is near and you can eat there. Good hotel for people who need a place to sleep and otherwise travel around Montecatini.

I laughed out loud when I read the other reviews about this hotel, especially the breakfasts. Unfortunately, it's all true: we had the same experience with the hotel running out of food and coffee. Also, the plumbing is weird -- the shower sprays the whole bathroom and the toilet sings a mournful tune after each flush. The Internet connection is erratic. However, I give this hotel 3 stars because of the view over the park we had from the room and the friendly staff. Avoid if you can or keep your sense of humour.
