Hello, I had the most beautiful experience at a clean hotel with all the comforts and services that a hotel can offer, thanks to the professionalism of Mr. Massimo, a well-established hotelier in Montecatini.

Hello, I came here on a school trip and we were assigned a triple; needless to say and specify that the room is very small and dirty with furniture that smells. Not to mention, however, the bathroom on which I have no words because it has no bidet and the shower was dirty along with the toilet; I specify moreover that the bathroom is very small and I think it is not even 1 m2. I was afraid to sleep in it.

Terrible experience good thing it was only one night the room was very very dirty and with the air broken at 30 degrees. The staff a man specifically super poorly educated. I don't recommend it and disgusting food. The rooms downstairs have a window that looks directly onto the street
