Nicest place I've ever been! Beautiful garden full of flowers, the tranquility, the pool with sunbeds, the owners, the beautiful rooms, the service, it was in one word great. Beautiful view over Montepulciano. You don't hear cars here, just birds. I'd go right back to this. You must have a car. On foot it is really too far to Montepulciano with mountain up and last part of the dirt path not illuminated. Perfect to explore Val d'Orcia. Hoogtepunt Bagni San Filippo!

Me and my partner stayed 3 nights in the apartment ISTRICE, what about .. We arrived from the chaos and we found ourselves in a fraction of paradise: from the welcome basket for breakfast, to the grill available to everyone, to the small garden with chickens from which you can take eggs, to the wonderful and super silent pool. The apartment was equipped with everything you need for cooking. The attention from the hosts and the impeccable cleaning lady, as well as the cleaning itself. A gem... We had only for ourselves a gazebo with deck chairs and tables for lunch and dinner outside with breathtaking views. I include photographs because words don't give the idea. Thank you so much!!! This is one of the most beautiful and relaxing places we have ever stayed. Our first visit was in 2015 and we have discussed for years about returning and were finally able to do so this summer. I am so pleased that the the charm has been maintained. We will return again sometime in the future.
