Title: Zero-star experience ⭐️ Terrible service, rooms in unacceptable condition, and staff absolutely inadequate. During our stay, we experienced a situation that was nothing short of nightmarish: the ceiling of the room filled with water until it gave way and collapsed. An extremely dangerous circumstance that could have caused much more serious consequences. Beyond the inconvenience and fear, we were faced with a management of the situation that did not in the slightest reflect the standards one would expect from a hotel establishment. The condition of the room was already terrible in itself, but what happened to the ceiling made the stay completely unacceptable. This is not simply a matter of an uncomfortable room or disappointing service: here we are talking about guest safety. A hotel should guarantee safe and properly maintained environments, not put its customers in a situation like this. Zero stars, if it were possible. Experience to forget and property absolutely not recommended.

Positive experience, super relaxing stay in a well-kept location. The restaurant is also approved.

I’ve been staying here for two weeks while working on an archeology project and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended. Sean, the manager, is world class. I feel like a member of the family now. The rooms are clean, the views are spectacular, and the food is excellent. Definitely try the Fiorentino Steak. Fred Flintstone would be jealous!
