Firstly I would like to underline that the location is dreamy, very beautiful place and with a very beautiful pool area, surrounded by nature and olive trees. On the other hand though, there are several disadvantages, that made our 11 night stay a nightmare. 1. We specifically booked this hotel, as they are mentioning not once but twice on their website that the rooms have AC. As a pregnant woman, in the first trimester, it was essential for me, as overheating can be quite unpleasant for me with sickness and getting lightheaded. In the very warm summer days - and nights - I was heavily counting on the AC. But little did I know that they stop it during the day from 8:00-15:00. Which alone would be acceptable, as many are out and about during the day. But they stop it many times during the night as well, for example from 4:00-5:00 it was stopped. Tried to talk about it with the receptionist, which had no empathy, and said that many in the region live like that without AC. 2. The breakfast was “sold” to us, as “Italian breakfast”. Well if this is what italians eat for breakfast, then I’m very sorry for them. Please see the picture attached. Pre-packed everything, no vegetables, no fruit, nothing fresh. More than disappointing. Their “excuse and reasoning” one may ask: Sustainability. It’s nothing short of a joke if this is what sustainability looks like to them. A buffet would be more sustainable. But then again, if saving money on quality and basic promises that they are making themselves is so important for them… But the personal is very friendly, keeping the hotel and the surroundings clean, keeping the guests as happy as they can, with the little they can with. But one may question the management and their money saving techniques, when even the employees make suggestions on nearby breakfast places, instead of the one they are serving.

👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Very disappointing experience. The behavior of the agent monitoring the pool is totally unacceptable: verbal aggression towards guests and threatening gestures. A situation that could have escalated if I had given in to his provocations. Furthermore, the air conditioning turns off automatically during the night, which makes sleeping difficult. To top it all off, the breakfast was of very poor quality. Establishment to avoid.⛔️⛔️⛔️ We are blacklisted under the pretext that I was drunk 😂😂😂😂. We have already blacklisted this place and I am going to make it known, given the hotel's response, to all the sites!

The place could have deserved even more for the location and the pool, but the breakfast with packaged products and snacks was shocking and does not reflect at all the “Italian breakfast” indicated on the site. Furthermore, at 5 in the morning the room was as bright as day, so it would be appropriate to install better blackout curtains.
