It's 30+ degrees and there is no air conditioning. We have a fan but not a great night sleep. Generally it is very expensive what you get. Location is good, close to the square and the guy who welcomed us was very friendly. You can check in between 4-7.

We were the only guests in the B&B during our one night stay. It's in a very central location, just off the main street surrounding the piazza del campo (Via di Città). The rooms are very charming, though a bit quaint in decor. Gianmarco is a very friendly and concerned host. We hadn't foreseen breakfast, because we were considering doing breakfast 'Italian style', in other words, grabbing a coffee and cannole somewhere in a cafe, but Gianmarco generously provided a selection of cakes and cornflakes as well as tea. As the other rooms were not in use but were open, we took the opportunity to have a look in all of them. Sorry Gianmarco, we just had a peak for future reference! Good sized rooms, all except one with its own bathroom, good beds, everything clean as a whistle. Next time we go to Siena, we'll go back to Le Campane!
