My wife and I stayed here for 5 days as a base for us to tour Tuscany, but it was hard to leave the beautiful surroundings. It truly is a stunning place, we have never been more relaxed. Letizia and Antonella could not be any more gracious, they are amazing hosts, and really do everything to make you feel welcome. The breakfasts were amazing, and delivered to our patio every morning. Their homemade wine was also delicious. We stayed in Il Portico, and we absolutely loved everything about it. It truly is one of the most stunning places we have ever been to. If you want a beautiful retreat to relax, with amazing hosts, fantastic scenery, gorgeous restaurants and a town steeped in history and culture, then you couldn't find a better place.

Nice place to spend New Year with friends, the apartments are clean comfortable, the owners friendly and hospitable. Near the center of Montepulciano and excellent starting point for excursions and visits.

We spent three nights here and loved it! The women are so friendly and helpful. Two cute dogs and at least one cat - none of which bother with you unless you show an interest. The breakfast was quite sufficient for us - sweet and savory treats as well as eggs, juice and coffee. The accommodations are basic but clean and quite adequate for our taste. We loved staying on the farm and meeting the family. The location was perfect. The pool was open but it was too cool for us to swim while we were there. We thought it was idyllic especially after the bustle of Florence. It was a perfect way to end our Italian vacation! Thanks so much!!
