We spent 3 days in this beautiful Relais. Excellent welcome from Saverio, the manager, who put up with our requests. Spotless rooms and an amazing view. The pool area is well-maintained. Excellent food and a priceless view for dining at sunset. Of the wine, obviously, we can only speak well. A heartfelt thank you also to Valerio who always treated us with kindness, competence, and a nice smile. We will return in the future....

It has been a wonderful weekend. The place is fabulous, and the people working at the hotel are fantastic — especially Saverio at the reception, who manages the relais and is always ready to help guests and solve any need at any time. The kitchen staff serving breakfast and lunch are wonderful as well, always ready to satisfy the guests’ desires. If you need a place where you can spend a few days in peace, in an excellent and relaxing environment, Villa Grazianella is the right place. Good atmosphere, good people, good food, and of course, good wine!

The setting is so beautiful; it’s surreal. The rooms and bathrooms are quite comfortable. The food was not as good what you expect in Italy, especially the breakfast. The wine was good but very expensive compared to other wineries in Tuscany. Upon arrival to the hotel there is no signage directing you toward the entrance or parking and no real welcome from the staff. You have to go find someone to start the check-in process. You also have to carry your bags over the gravel and up the stairs without assistance of any kind. A warm welcome would go a long way in making the place feel more luxurious and making guest feel more cared for. Overall the staff are very kind. This place just needs push a little harder for better food, a warmer welcome and and more soulful service to be truly excellent.
