Hotel Casalta

The waiter of the restaurant (boss) nonchalant, not smiling, waits for one thing: is to quickly get rid of us to finish his service, without worrying about the customers. Last minute concern in the kitchen and we have not had our dessert yet booked for 2 days (nothing else to offer us). Breakfast scheduled for eight hours. We arrived at eight o'clock and nothing was set up. Only the rooms sing positive. Anyway three days spent there and the service was botched.

We loved this place. Very friendly welcoming reception, we were offered tea and biscuits sitting in the sunshine on our arrival. Rooms comfortable and we were very happy with our choice. We only stayed one night but were totally happy with our experience. Nice helpful staff.

We stayed 2 nights at Casalta Boutique Hotel in June. Here are our comments in all objectivity. Pros: - pleasant welcome and staff - very clean room - nice hotel in a Tuscan village Cons: - address not compliant on GPS - mediocre breakfast not up to the hotel - à la carte dinner without prices announced
