Liars and 'nothing short of, they can not manage 6 rooms and send the code to enter the structure, for Whatsapp they did the wonderful telling me not to worry and that the code had already' been sent to me, only to tell me that they would have sent it the day before or the same morning instead after 5/6 hours of travel, I arrive and no one had sent me anything, called the number provided on booking and no one answered... I had to wait 45 minutes before a pious soul who was there at work heard me knocking on the door and opened me, always having to check with the managers who just happened to respond immediately to him.... They invent trivial excuses to justify their organizational and managerial shortcomings ("CORPORATE POLICY " very poor, B & B with the second mute B since breakfast is not 'included, even more' poor in providing vital information such as access code structure having the formula SELF-CHECK IN you could send an automatic message with all the necessary information instead of doing the beautiful having to respond to 2-3 messages on whatsapp ) ... They respond falsely to reviews on booking.com (the TV remote did not work but they made me look like the one who could not read the instructions to turn it on, the TV I turned on but I repeat, it was the remote that did not work!) At least it was a laugh to notice so much ignorance. If you are looking for true Italian hospitality avoid this structure!

For those who are in San Casciano Val di Pesaro, parking becomes mandatory. Well-kept and central structure. Paid parking just outside the property. The breakfast voucher is the cause of the 4 stars. Breakfast on site would have been the treat.

The place is quite clean and tidy but the heating is poor. It comes on for a few hours in the morning and early evening then it just gets cold in there. Nothing you can do about it. Nobody there to do anything. Not funny when its 1c outside.
