Fattoria Montignana

There was a huge mix up with our original accommodation so they booked us into this place which was a definite downgrade. we were supposed to have 2 full apartments but they shut off one of the rooms and locked the door so access to covered terrace was denied to my mum....so petty. The customer service was awful and could definitely do with going to charm school. We had to buy own mosquito plus ins as they had run out. Really basic apartments. Large but shallow and depressing pool. Really unhappy with the stay and there are far better places to stay nearby for a little bit more. If you're wanting a magical experience....this is not the place to go to. Maybe for students. Absolutely crawling with mosquitos inside and you can hear EVERYTHING from the apartments above...never mind the super noisy staff and vehicles in the morning

We were moved to this villa from another Coli property. The onsite host was so very nice and accommodating. The property was quiet at night and we had the added benefit of having a covered patio that we used late into the evening. The pool was very clean and refreshing. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms it was very private and very clean. Several towns were close by and despite the hilly and rocky drives that are common in the area, this one was only 1 mile off a paved road. I was surprised at the quality of the kitchenware. The beds were comfortable and clean, as was the bathrooms. Restaurants are near by and easy to get to. One note to the onsite manager, the overhead light for outside didn't work for unit #5.

A Nice place but the Price was ind the High end compared to other places. A Nice big pool Outside Grill place Ask for appartment 5 or 6 with a covered terrace Near cities Like Pisa and Firenze, whereabouts you Can go shopping.
