Radda In Chianti

A wonderful hotel in the charming Radda in Chianti. The staff were friendly, and the pool area was beautiful with awesome view, well maintained, and complemented by a lovely pool bar. The breakfast was very good. The hotel’s interior design and architecture reflect beautiful, historic Tuscan style. We stayed in a Junior Suite with a balcony in the Belvedere building, which was comfortable and spacious enough for three people. The highlight was our small private balcony—the view over the valley was breathtaking, and the sunset looked like something out of a fairy tale. We would be delighted to stay here again!

An aging accommodation. Breakfast good; individual requests are fulfilled immediately. Staff extraordinarily attentive and helpful!

This is an authentic small Tuscan hotel. The decor and furnishings are more traditional however our bathroom, although small, had been modernised. All was very clean with good quality linens. Breakfast was as you would expect with freshly squeezed juice and good quality pastries. The breakfast and bar service was excellent. The bar food was a disappointment, plastic wrapped pre made toasties which is bit inexcusable given there is a restaurant and they offer cooking classes! The pool area is lovely with beautiful views - it did get busy one day with not enough sun loungers for everyone. Reception staff were mostly pleasant, one needed more training in customer service.. Radda is a gorgeous little village with fabulous restaurants. Overall we enjoyed very much.
