NEVER BOOK!!!!! Hotel is located in low-traffic zone and offers exemption with a valet parking. Done nicely, drive your car there and back. But then, once you get home, fine after fine from the municipality of Sienna for every time you drove in and out. Now 1100 euros fines and the hotel does not give home and invokes system failure... Booking.com, through which we arranged this hotel and the parking, does not give home..

We stayed here for three nights and were completely charmed by the place. The building is very old and full of beautiful antiques. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. All facilities were top notch. The caretaker (Michelle ) was charming and helpful and made us very welcome. Right in the middle of the town, close to many great restaurants and landmarks. Everything within easy walking distance. If you get a chance to stay here, grab it!

Difficult to review. A curates egg. The receptionist/manager Michelle was very kind - I was unwell one day and they were very kind and concerned. The hotel is not a 5Star - more of a quirky B&B. No shower, Victorian furniture, strange layout for our suite. Cant read at night- lighting is poor.
