Empty pool, cold shower and the shower did not go and if it went , it went wrong and little water went down , the light went out every half hour , the beds thrown on the ground like cots , lousy food even breakfast was not vast always the usual things , if we wanted more water we had to pay 3 € (with 3 € I buy the whole case at the conad ), furniture collapsing and surface cleaning , without wi-fi in 2025, we found a dead hornet in the plate rack and dishes and greasy and dirty cutlery , we were treated like animals (ps there were not even those on the farm , they escaped)

Well. We spent there almost a week but we decided to leave earlier since it was too much for my wife. Service is very poor and working hours of the reception desk is a madness. It should be open from 3 pm to 7 pm but you must be lucky to find there anybody. Moreover...forget about English. Just one women can communicate in English but not very fluently. Extra charge for cleaning of 60 euros is obligatory and its madness. Good place to stay for one or two days but honestly...no more. If you get wet forget about central heating. There is no such thing despite the fact that in brochure you will find that the cost of heating is included in price. Good views but nothing else.

If you would to know, what is it peace, quiet and relax, then go to Il Santo! Staff was perfect and helpfull. Swimming with the view to the landscape is awesome. Breakfests were only sweet - no ham, no cheese.. But our daughter loved..
