First of all, I want to praise all the staff for their excellent professionalism, kindness, and availability demonstrated. As for the structure, unfortunately, I cannot be satisfied as it has deteriorated and remained as it was after the last renovation carried out about 20 years ago, and it cannot absolutely be adequate for a 4-star rating: 1) smells of mold right from the lobby/reception; 2) outdated bathrooms with broken hairdryers, burnt-out lights, broken electrical outlets, and showers in bathtubs without curtains that inevitably flood the entire bathroom; 3) air conditioning managed by the reception...; 4) breakfast without fresh milk, "purge" coffee; 5) zero possibilities to dry swimsuits and beach towels... serious in a seaside location; 6) absence of parking even in agreement; 7) costs for everything listed are exorbitant. I hope that all the issues are resolved because the historic residence and its central location in the context of Orbetello deserve it. ...goodbye?

The broken tub, there is not even a manager to turn to, let alone a porter who brings your suitcase to your room. Smells like mold. Totally decadent. Never again.

Central location in Orbetello. Lots of parking lots nearby. Old style rooms, but still something from Ikea toi. Comfortable beds, but little problems with showers. Breakfast was ok.friendly service, expecially lady in breakfast room.
