La Pigna

I stayed here as a couple during the second week of June. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and clean; despite being a three-star, it is well taken care of in every detail and thoughtfully decorated, giving you a 'wow' effect when you enter, in a splendid Tuscan style. However, the most beautiful thing is the kindness and availability of the staff, from the receptionists to the night auditor. Abundant and very good breakfast. We were also very pleased to find some excellent local products (shampoo and conditioner) in the room, which is not at all taken for granted, a five-star touch. All crowned by the beauty and tranquility of this beautiful seaside town. You always return to where you have been well. Thank you to all the staff.

Terrible experience. After booking 2 months before and requesting a room suitable for a newborn we found ourselves with a room of 30sqm on the fourth floor, old, bathroom with no possibility of changing table, hairdryer of the Middle Ages, smells moldy and not to miss anything they put a baby bed that prevented us from moving. We moved into an apartment to have more space paying a supplement of 140 € per night and found dirt, unhygienic shower curtains, smells old and uncomfortable beds. To forget. Not to mention the self-service breakfast with very poor quality products. The hotel does not correspond to the photos on the site I think it is suitable only for foreign tourists with few claims of services and cleanliness.

Good hotel with good breakfast but outdated rooms and quite noisy. But Friendly Staff and Good Service. E.g. Bike Rental and Service towards Bagno. There's a nice lunch spot there, too.
