We arrived at 5:00 pm due to a flight delay, and we were asked to wait because the room was not yet ready; check-in was supposed to be at 2:00 pm, and consequently, everything should have been ready. We went to the bar to pass the time, which is located in front of the pool, and waited for 30 minutes; here I had the opportunity to see and confirm that everyone, adults and children, was diving from everywhere, even in the hydromassage area, regardless of who might be in the water and the splashes produced that reached those who were lying and/or sitting in the surrounding area. Constant absence of the lifeguard, never seen in 5 days. On the evening of Ferragosto, the bar closed at 11:00 pm, with the staff annoyed and impolite to those who asked for something near closing time. At least leave it open until midnight. Not very engaging entertainment. The pool dimensions are not suitable for the number of guests. There is a small beach volleyball court and a ping pong table. The only two good things are: the location, a stone's throw from the center, and the kindness of the girls at the reception. The rest leaves some doubts.

Great location if you are on foot and need train, the regional station is a 5 minute walk. We booked a ‘chalet room’ for 2 nights and from the outside does look a bit like a portacabin however inside seemed to be brand new with modern bathroom and separate compact kitchenette. Very clean with excellent air conditioning. Perfect accommodation for our needs. Only thing lacking was a microwave which would have been useful. The pool area was compact but somehow didn’t feel cramped with nice shop for bits and pieces such as mandatory swim caps! The leaning tower is a 15 minute walk away with a big supermarket en route. There is a restaurant on site which was reasonably priced and nice food. Overall a really nice stay

Campsite 10-15 minutes on foot from the famous leaning tower. Pool, small mini-market, pizzeria, bar (with very good "crema caffè") and small clothing boutique. Green tarps, which are well appreciated, are stretched over the pitches to provide shade. A friendly welcome. Lots of campers, vans, and few tents. Very good for a stopover.
