Overall the property is beautiful, unfortunately however the rooms and their cleanliness leave much to be desired, both in terms of maintenance and in terms of hygiene.

My husband and I were satisfied with the always positive treatment of all the staff towards the customer. I would say an excellent vacation in every aspect: breakfast, buffet, beach, courtesy towards guests... really happy with everything! Thank you!

Hotel structure is amazing, a lot of green area, stunning really. Food is really good. Breakfast was ok as I didn’t like the yoghurt and they didn’t have plain croissant, they seem to add a lot of cream and Nutella on everything. One day the pineapple juice machine was just water coming out, sometimes they run out of something and take a little while to refill but not a massive deal. Only annoying thing is that staff will go into your room for cleaning. I woke up twice with people talking inside the room, they should have just left as soon as they saw me sleeping but no, they kept talking between them, it scared the hell out of me. So from that day we started hanging the “Do not disturb “ thing on the door when we were inside. Apart from that everything else was great. My son didn’t feel well after a few drinks and they quickly sent first aid and also called an ambulance just in case, they were really worried and were very helpful in this situation. It’s a very relaxing hotel, nice area and the “La siesta” beach was an amazing experience, thin sand, calm sea, gorgeous. So overall our experience was really good!
