Il Mattino ha l'oro in bocca

The hotel has a really nice location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and breakfast were extremely disappointing. I have never had such a poor experience in my life. The hotel has great potential because of its location and staff, but the standards of cleanliness and food quality really need to be improved!!!!!!!!!!!! Think twice before you go!!!

B&B Il Mattino has gold in its mouth - Pisa - 1 star. Highly unrecommended. Terrible experience from beginning to end. First of all the location: it is practically inaccessible But the worst part is the staff. Unreliable, totally unprofessional, always nervous and annoyed as if I were bothering them. Zero respect for the work and zero respect for the customer. The customer is treated badly, with rude, hasty answers, as if they were doing you a favor. I saw other customers treated badly in front of me too. Tense, unpleasant atmosphere. Never again. For the same price in Pisa, you can find much, much better.

Awful experience, there is no shuttle service, but it says there is on Booking.com. The staff were so rude, they sent me a dodgy payment link - I told them I'd pay at reception when I arrived, which they agreed to. When I arrived there was no one there and the door was locked. I called a member of staff and they refused to let me in and were very rude. I was a lone female and had to find another hotel when it was dark. Other residents that were staying there were outside the hotel and said it was horrible inside and the staff were very rude. DO NOT STAY HERE.
