This establishment canceled our reservation on the day of our arrival in Pisa, without reason... leaving an entire family on the street. It seems that he practices overbooking, and ultimately chooses to keep the most expensive paid reservation...

Oh, Italian experience. The woman who runs the hotel was cheerful, however it was really hard to communicate. She refused to talk in any language other than Italian. There were 2 other guests (thanks to them), they saved our lives. They told that they had the same experience... To illustrate, the woman has notebook for reservations and opened 16 July page. She couldn't find my name and because of the tiredness, we also not aware of the mistake. The panic was rising. Then, guests just opened 16 June and problem fixed... If you want to experience Italian rooms, it is really good choice. Hotel was clean, but only there was a slight odor in the room. Also, the location is the best.

We stayed in room no5, a big lovely room with one double bed and two single beds. Private bathroom with a shower. Air conditioner and comfy beds. The room was clean and it was a very easy check in and check out. We had walking distance to all the things you want to see and eat in Pisa. We stayed one night.
