Clean hotel, exceptional service from room cleaning team. Good breakfast options with vegan selection too (a fly was bothering us whilst having breakfast everyday though). Man at reception was rude. We got stuck at a shopping centre with no taxi back to hotel. I rang the hotel and the man said he can't help, was rude and eventually hung up on me. Not a good impression of people in Pisa on the first day. All other staff were friendly and helpful. We booked the junior suite which wasn't like a suite. It was big but it had stains on white furniture.

We recently spent one night at this hotel before flying back home the next day. We were greeted on reception by Francesco who could not do enough for us , his attitude was amazing and soon our taxi was ordered for the morning and he answered our many questions . There is a cafe bar just outside reception and we were treated to a coffee here whilst our room was made ready. The young man In the cafe was also extremely friendly . The hotel itself is very modern, our room looked like it had recently been refurbished. It was quite large with an equally large en suite.The bed was quite firm with plenty of pillows available. My only criticism of this room was that the door did not seem to insulate the room from the sounds in the corridor resulting in noises being heard in the room from people in the corridor. On the whole however I heartily recomend this hotel .

Food was always freshly prepared, with a comprehensive service mindset among the staff, authentic service
