​The hotel is located in a strategic position, right in the center of the island, which makes it an excellent base for getting around. The property retains a charming period style, with traditional furnishings that I found particularly pleasant. The outdoor spaces and the services offered are well organized: ​Parking: The availability of two convenient parking lots greatly facilitates car management. ​Outdoor areas and pool: The breakfast and dinner room immersed in the garden creates a truly evocative location. The pool area is large, well-maintained, and sufficiently big for relaxation. ​General cleanliness: All the common areas of the hotel always proved to be impeccable, clean, and in perfect order. ​The Room and the Cleaning Service ​I stayed in a spacious and comfortable room located on the first floor. The cleaning service, excellently taken care of by Roberta, was impeccable and always top-notch for the entire duration of the vacation. The room is equipped with a perfectly functioning air conditioning system. ​Aspects to improve: ​Carpet: The only real flaw of the room is the presence of carpet, a material that for hygienic reasons should be replaced. ​Bathroom: Very spacious and equipped with a bright window, it does, however, have a bathtub with a curtain that, for greater convenience, I would recommend replacing with a modern shower. ​Linens: A real strong point is the towels and linens: of the highest quality, soft, and a real caress for the skin after a day at the beach. The rich and constant supply of shower gel is also excellent. ​Dining: Breakfast, Dinner, and Service ​The dining department undoubtedly represents one of the highlights of the property. ​Breakfast: Rich, abundant, and characterized by an extraordinary variety for both drinks and food. However, a small suggestion for longer stays: after the first few days, it would be appropriate to provide a more structured offering of lactose-free products (avoiding the alternative being limited, as one obviously cannot consume traditional tarts, cakes, donuts, pancakes, and croissants). Management should grant more autonomy to the dining room and kitchen staff to vary the offerings dedicated to intolerances. ​Dinner and the Chef: The chef proved to be extraordinary, with excellent quality raw materials and excellent plating. Particularly praiseworthy was the handling of our allergies: the chef customized the dishes with care, and the head waiter Cristian was always very well-prepared in describing the cooking methods and ingredients used at the time of service. ​The Dining Room Staff: The dining room is managed impeccably by Cristian, who is always professional, helpful, and smiling. A special round of applause also goes to the staff — Marco, Romana, Barbara, and Alessio — who distinguished themselves for their attentiveness, discretion, and courtesy. ​Welcome and Reception ​At the reception, I always found polite and smiling staff. Although our interaction was mainly limited to the drop-off and pick-up of the room keys (given that the stay went smoothly without any problems), the courtesy shown was commendable. ​Conclusions ​Overall, the stay at the Parc Hotel Napoleon was excellent and the choice proved to be absolutely winning. A solid, clean facility managed by serious professionals. Great job and keep it up!

Very beautiful historic location that should, however, be restored. Cute rooms but they need to be made a bit more comfortable. Quiet and surrounded by greenery that could be better maintained. Everything is compensated for by the wonderful welcome and kindness of the staff, especially the two receptionists. The beach service with parking is good. Giacomo the lifeguard is excellent. The only flaw is providing the rooms with soap and body wash… everything is very clean, however, with seasonal cleaning staff who do their work scrupulously. A lot of professionalism and courtesy.

I stayed at Park Hotel Napoleone for four days together with my two adult children and all three of us had a great time, beyond our expectations. The property is very beautiful, with a bit of a retro charm as I like, immersed in greenery and quiet. The room, a triple, was very spacious, well laid out, almost an apartment, and it was very comfortable. The hotel offers a large pool with umbrellas and sun loungers, a small bar, and a ping pong table. A special and heartfelt thank you goes to the entire hotel staff, competent and professional, always welcoming and smiling, willing to satisfy any request and to make the guest feel at ease as if in a big family. The availability and courtesy of the reception staff were impeccable, both day and night, just a few names that I will not forget: Ms. Daniela, Ms. Jessica, Ms. Irene, and Mr. Alessandro. The kindness and competence of the breakfast service staff were unforgettable, a special round of applause for the professionalism of Mr. Cristian and the very young Alessio who shows great promise. A mention also goes to the smile, professionalism, and availability of Mr. Giacomo, who works at the hotel's beach club located on the wonderful Biodola beach, a service that includes private car parking a few meters from the beach in a wooded area. All these people, together with the charm of the hotel and the extraordinary beauty of the nature of the island of Elba, made our stay unforgettable. I can't wait to return... Paola
