I always enjoy returning to this hotel in July, even if just for one day, as I have fond memories of a vacation there in 2021. I am sorry to note every year that there are details that tend to diminish the value and scope of the property. Without a doubt, it remains a nice hotel, with convenient parking in front, easily accessible from the highway, a very good and abundant breakfast, a spacious lobby, and a pool available to guests. Then, however, one encounters details that diminish the value of the property, and unfortunately, this happens right inside the rooms, which in my opinion are the areas that should be the most well-maintained. Setting aside the sometimes "80s" style, which one may or may not like depending on personal taste, and also setting aside having to ask for a room change because the air conditioning was not working and, surprisingly, being assigned the same room as last year, 320, I find it unacceptable to put the toilet paper where the shower water reaches, to have uncomfortable spring beds, and to have a closet that still has broken shelving exactly as it did a year ago. And just like a year ago, the pool also shows a certain general neglect, such as the unstable handrail. I have always given 4 out of 5 stars in my past reviews; now, with my 2 out of 5 stars, I am hoping for a surge of pride from the property, which I care about and plan to continue returning to. For what I paid for one night, I expect more.

Three days stay at the turn of the New Year. Great welcome, always clean room, attentive and present staff. Hearty and varied breakfast with friendly staff. Definitely worth trying again.

In a nutshell direct telephone booking well 2 months before my stay. Recall just for my scruples randomly at about 25 days from the predetermined date to get confirmation, I am notified that my room was no longer available!! In my memory that I travelled for almost forty years for work I never remember receiving such bad treatment. Highly discouraged indeed to avoid.
