full of bugs and....and when told the owner instead of changing the room didn't do much... just spray some insecticide...never going back there

Poorly maintained and rundown all around- both the apartment and the pool area. Said it had air conditioning, but it didn’t work the first night. The house also had an uncomfortable smell. After maintenance had a look at the air conditioning the next day, it worked mildly better, but the noise was horrendous. The showerhead holder was broken, there were cobwebs and dusting in the bedroom from some kind of spraying of pests, and the overall experience was not as you would expect, given the pricetag. The pool was clean, but the lining was loose in all the corners, like it was coming apart. The sun beds were broken, uncomfortable and dirty. The last 2km of the road to the agritourismo is a dirt road with holes and steep slopes, so be prepared. We will not be coming back- you get better value for money elsewhere in the area.

We were going two families 4 adults and 4 children aged 2-13 years. Really beautiful location and lovely large rooms in true Tuscan style. There were two hand dryers that dipped a little water, we told and two hours later they were fixed. We had a few problems with a car that broke and a key that was to send home quickly and here the simplethen got such a good help of the most service minded staff( CHIARA). Beautiful place, quiet and peaceful and good space by the pool and very service-minded staff.
